You have a problem halitosis / bad breath?


You have a problem halitosis / bad breath? This does make you feel embarrassed to talk to people. Try to observe any of the tips below, may be able to overcome the problem of halitosis / bad breath effectively.

1) Take the estimated 15 pieces of guava buds or young leaves. Mash until fine and add to the half filled glass of water. Add a little salt and stir. Filter and take the water for the rinse 2-3 times a day. Practise regularly.

2) Take 3 stalks lemongrass fragrance and 3 pieces of lemon skin musk. Mash until fine. Put into a small saucepan and pour the water down to 3 / 4 high cooking pot and boil. Once boiled, turn off heat and let cool. Filter and take the water for the rinse 2-3 times a day. Practise regularly.

3) Soak some betel leaves in warm water for 5 minutes. Drink the water. Practice every day.

4) Take a few betel leaves. To squeeze out juice. Enter into the water and mix well.Filter and drink. Practice every day.

5) Take some cloves and put them into lukewarm water. Let stand for 5 minutes and rinse with water. Practice 2 times a day every day.

6) Chew a small piece of cinnamon every night before bed but don't eat the waste. Practice every night.
