Quit Smoking Tips


Want to quit smoking? Perform the following practices;

1. Hang about
Delay response on urge to smoke, such as delays to find cigarettes. If the cigarette is in his hands, lit directly, wait at least 5 minutes. The desire to smoke this end will be lost as well. Tell yourself every time you want to smoke.

2. Sigh heavily
You with a long deep breath for at least three times slowly.

3. Drinking Water With Many
Drink water in abundance. Ideally, mineral water or boiled water warm. Do not drink caffeine such as coffee or tea, as these drinks typically will make you want to smoke after drinking it.

4. Make Something
Make something that can divert your mind from smoking. For example, stroller walk, phone a friend, reading books, playing music, making a jigsaw puzzle, gardening and so on.

5. A chewing
Chewing something like chewing gum, carrot, apple and so on. Avoid something sweet like sugar, sugar.

6. Shower or wash hands
If staying at home, take a bath as often or wash your hands every time felt to be smoking.

7. Stretching Exercise
Do stretching exercises every time you feel sleepy because of non-smoking.
